全国乳品工业信息中心是全国轻工系统所属33个信息中心之一，它是收集整理国内外的乳品科技情报信息的权威机构，编辑出版发行《中国乳品工业》、《乳品与人类》、《乳品科技与信息》三种期刊杂志，制作维护中国乳业信息网，同时拥有国内唯一的行业专业图书馆、为国内外同行提供行业信息服务活动。
      The National Dairy Information Center is one of 33 information centers affiliated to the National Light Industry System. It is the authoritative organization that collects and reorganizes the scientific and technical information of dairy industry at home and abroad. It issues three kinds of periodicals, as "China Dairy Industry", "Dairy and Human", "Dairy Science, Technology and Information”. It maintains a website named China dairy information network and has an exclusive dairy-related library in China. It provides professional information service for domestic and foreign clients.
      《中国乳品工业》杂志：创刊于1973年，月刊，国际标准大16开本，国内外公开发行，中文核心期刊。被《中国学术期刊综合评价数据库来源期刊》全文收录；被国际权威检索机构，如英国的《乳品科技文摘》与《食品与科学技术文摘》，国内的《中国农业文摘》与《中国食品文摘》等收录；加入中国学术期刊（光盘版）和“中国期刊网”；入网“万方数据资源系统数字化期刊群”和“中国科学引文数库”。
        "China Dairy Industry" magazine: As a Chinese core periodical with international standard large-format, China Dairy Industry started publication in 1976, and issued monthly at home and abroad. Indexed in full text by "Chinese Academic Periodical Synthetic Evaluation Database Original Periodical", Indexed by the international authoritative organization, such as "Dairy Science Abstracts" (England) and "Food Science and Technology Abstracts" (England), "China Agricultural Abstracts" (China) and "China Food Abstracts" (China) and so on. It has joined in Chinese Academic Periodical Database (disc version) and " China periodical net", "Joined China Info System" and "the Chinese Scientific Citations"

      "Dairy and Human" magazine: Started publication in 2001, bimonthly issues. It is the only special magazine at present that focuses on production and management.       《乳品科技与信息》杂志：创刊于1989年，最初刊名为《技协快报》，作为行业内部刊物，以信息涵盖面广，发行周期短赢得广大乳品业内人士的欢迎。
      "Dairy Science, Technology and Information" magazine: It was first published in 1989, initially named "Technical Association Bulletin", issued inside the dairy industry, won welcome among people in the same circle with its wide coverage of information and short issuing period.
      中国乳业信息网：创建于2000年1月26日，当年被各大互联网搜索引擎收录。曾荣获由CCTV农业频道、农民日报、农博网举办的“2004中国农业网站100强”称号，是国内唯一获此殊荣的乳品专业网站。其浏览量、搜索率、点击率等项指标均排名国内乳品行业网站首位。
      Chinadairy.net: Founded on January 26,2000 and indexed by several great Internet search engines at the same year, it is the only professional website that once had the honor to be titled "Top100 China Agricultural websites 2004" sponsored by the CCTV agriculture channel, the Farmers Daily and www.aweb.com.cn website. It plays the leading role in browsing quantity, the searching rate, the clicking rate and so on in the websites of domestic dairy industry.
      乳品专业图书馆：始建于1968年，总藏书量：18,000册，是目前全国乳品行业内唯一的一个专业性图书馆，所收藏的外文版的乳品专业图书最早的是1954年刊。堪称乳品图书收藏期最早、收藏量最大、品种最全、专业性最强、涵盖面全的乳品专业性图书馆。为全国乳品技术人员、专家、学者提供了全面的参考依据。
      Dairy professional library: Built in 1968, with a total volume of 18,000 books in stock. It is the only specialized library in the national dairy industry. The earliest dairy specialized books in foreign version it collected were issues of 1954. It is well worth being called a dairy library with the collection of books earliest in time, largest in quantity, richest in variety and most professional in its specialization. It has provided the full references for technicians, experts and scholars in the filed of the national dairy industry.
